Hedleyhope Fell: Footbridge Restoration

It's easy to overlook the north east end of Hedleyhope Fell, but along the line of Hedleyhope Burn (NZ1542) a secluded woodland footpath makes its way towards Cornsay Colliery. This gem of a path had two footbridges washed out by the recent floods. It was a tough task but with the help of a couple of our regular volunteers Janice and Nick the bridges were restored.
