Hedleyhope Fell: Scrub Management with Durham ConSoc (Sat 8th Nov 2008)

A big Thank-You! to Durham University Conservation Society (consoc) for turning out in force to help us continue clear the brash from the plantations. A drizzly cold day did not dampen their enthusiasm and at the end of the day a noticeable dent had been made in the brash clearance. With luck consoc will be back in the spring to help us plant up the area with deciduous trees.
