Hedleyhope Fell: Tree Planting (Wed 25 Feb)

The Low Barns Volunteer Task Force

After the felling, thinning, brash clearing and burning, it's time to start planting. To replace the conifers, it's a variety of Broadleaf British Natives; Rowan, Ash, Hawthorn, Oak and Hazel are some of the many species that will be emerging in the woodlands in the years to come.
